Anyway, the truth (or at least the best approximation of it) is found in the AAIB report, not in legal proceedings.
Peter, the Mull Chinook is an interesting legal event because at one point the family of the copilot were advised to sue the captain, the rationale given that they had to (dis)prove the pilot negligence bit before going after the owner.
