A CRD is some kind of a comment request form.
An NPA is a notice of some proposed rule.
There are people here who know how to find their way around the EASA maze, which is why I posted this
NPA is notice of proposed amendment. Basically an opportunity for the industry to respond, or get ready for the changes. Pretty common with any controlled manual system.
CRD is a Comment Response Document. IIRC after NPA comes out, there is a window for submitting comments, I think it’s normally about 90 days (the deadline is in the NPA). And that is the result of processing those comments – it should contain all the received comments and responses provided.
