Oh, that’s why I always have issues with the DA40 stick! Now I know.
This particular issue was hotly debated at the Diamond engineering dept and it was concluded that all Diamond pilots are real men that would never need such medicine
It of course begs the question as to who and for why this subject would be of interest?

Pilots who use erectile dysfunction medication?
The lady in that pic looks slightly high-maintenance so maybe you won’t be able to afford it
Actually, under Part-MED, any regular medication wipes out your medical.
I believe the UK has an AMC on this, otherwise e.g. the contraceptive pill would also wipe out your medical, subject to AME approval.
Not that I would know but – like most medications – Viagra has a fair number of side effects.

That can’t be right. At least I know pilots with regular medication who have unrestricted medicals. Possibly you need the approval of the AME.

Some of which are pretty nasty – like affecting your vision – and would definitely make you unsuitable to pilot an aircraft.
Pinch hitter training and emergency briefing for stick controlled aircraft will need amendment, so that (female) passengers are able to grab the correct joy stick in case of pilot unconsciousness.
