Really 1990? I can’t understand French. Looks more recent.

Funny how they use roads, landing under power lines… They seem to have some sort of ground support vehicle(s). Probably ok if you get in and out before anybody calls the police So I can understand waiting for 33 years before posting it

Given that they are flying Remos G-3s, it can‘t be 1990.

And it is/was not really a short range aircraft, but very similar in range to other similar, more recent microlights.

More toward year 2000, the video comes around these days: the guy is no longer flying?

Ground support seems commercial trucks or people arranging for auto fuel

With a fuel tanker and enough vehicles, people and hi-vis jackets it’s easy to look organised enough to be official, especially in the middle of nowhere 😇
