In case anyone needs them, Jeppesen VFR+GPS charts for Romania are available for download from AOPA Romania.
Wow, 2009 vintage. The last ones produced by Jeppesen were 2012. could be nothing has changed much, though.

The last Jepp Raster Charts (for Flitestar) files I have ever seen are dated April 2013. I don’t know the dates on the actual charts. Peter Mundy should know.
The last charts we had were 2012 – if memory serves me right the Romanian chart stopped 2 years earlier
