I have old radio 25khz yaesu pilot III and dittel fsg71.
Its possible some repair and change some parts for will work in 8.33 khz?.

Not a chance to convert – it essentially amounts to making a whole new radio, but Yaesu Pilot III (VXA-300) already supports the 8.33 kHz channel separation.
