EASA CPL/IR -> FAA CPL/IR conversion

BASA only covers PPL‘s and associated ratings.

Friedrichshafen EDNY

What is (around) cost of converting easa cpl/ir to faa?

Is there a BASA route for this?

Otherwise, it seems that you cannot avoid the 13 “ATPL” exams, although you could do the IR and the CPL exams separately (which is a lot more than 13 and the resulting CPL/IR cannot ever be converted to an ATPL).

Not sure who you are talking about. I did CTP and AMEL written. Doing ATP check ride in sim in a couple of weeks.

The question was directed at Robert. Since he mentioned 2015 it must have been with CTP and then written.

But while we’re at it: Are you using flightsafety in New Jersey for the sim/practical exam?
