MPL?
MPL = LFMT Montpellier.
Was in there last week and got a very mild verbal telling off for not PPRing to refuel! Didn’t argue as it was the same person controlling the buzzer to let me through a locked door, but I did want to answer that I’d been one continent, several countries and multiple legs away 72 hours previously.
Not sure if anyone noticed;

Yes; LFMT is 3 days PPR and has been for ages.
Taken at face value it makes the airport almost completely useless.
Looking at their apron, it seems to work ok if you are French, and IME if you just fly there you get a stroppy email re the PPR and then it says on this occassion they have space. See this thread further back.
Next time I go that way I will use Beziers LFMU. Not been to the city yet; I am sure it is nice.
