Which differences training would you discontinue

I would be amazed if that were the case.

The EFISes or the syllabus? “My” fling school is just now in the process of upgrading all aeroplanes to glass cockpit that are used for instrument training, which means all four seaters and the twins. Just because everybody else is doing it and if you don’t write “glass cockpit equipped training aircraft” in your brochure, the students will spend their money elsewhere. In the process, some of the older Pa28s will now double or triple their value…

And since every PPL student needs to fly a four seater during his training (at least in our training programme) he will be exposed to EFIS at some point.

The largest school at my airfield and wth 12 or 13 planes probably the largest in Southern Germany has this many airplanes with modern Avionics: 0
You’re lucky if most of the old stuff works. I did my IR in a plane in which the A/P was inop most of the time

“We” are also in southern Germany and currently have 19 aircraft in our fleet. Some autopilots work, some don’t.
