I will be pleased to join you on Sunday.

EGBP Kemble, United Kingdom

Seeing the forecast and being asked by the family, I won’t try to meet you guys this time. Sorry Romain.

I’ll make it to LFAT someday !!

LFOU, France

It’s too early to judge what it will be like – for anyone. It might be blue skies, or anything else. It will be fairly windy.

Don’t worry jujupilot, I will be on my way to Egypt on sunday.
Have a nice meet up guys

Romain

Forecast is not all good, so I haven’t yet decided for a “go”.

What is the procedure for last-minute coordination tomorrow morning? Still this forum? What is actually the plan on the ground and the timeframe?

ELLX

I suggest I/we post here. It looks like clear skies with a prob30 tempo of showers. OK for a VFR flight from N France or the southern UK, but one won’t know till tomorrow. The wind may be outside limits.

On the ground, one can walk into town or get a taxi.

I agree. I will decide tomorrow too. Wind 240/20G30KT is much crosswind. I will also need to check weather forecast in Brustem for the return.

Wx looks ok for me. Main factor is the wind: LFAT 220500Z 2206/2215 29015G25KT 9999 BKN025 TEMPO 2206/2215 29025G35KT. Assuming anyone else is going, it’s a GO.

ILS is notamed INOP (again).

Someone else is going, so it’s a GO officially

I should be there 1000 UTC.

Leaving home now. Should arrive at 0930Z
