Yep, and this is, or was, exactly what it was marketed for. I recall their extravagant presentations and pavilion at Oshkosh when the Icon was still in the prototype stage. A toy really, and as such with rather limited use.
A limited use toy with a frankly abusive sales agreement which meant in reality you didn’t really “own” the aircraft as such.
