So happy for you! Also very happy to see your tidied-up engine compartment.

There’s a PMA alternator from Plane Power with a 150 Amp rating

I am installing that one on our TSIO-520, check here

As a former owner of the Extra 400 I really must say, you can’t operate this aircraft any more. No support and spare parts neither for the airframe nor the engine.
This advertisement shows how frustrated an owner must be:

On a European reg, for sure… if you need a From 1 with everything including the chrome polish

Unusual types need “imaginative” approaches, which means N-reg.

Sad to see that somebody spent so much and lost so much.

Check the price. The seller just wants to cut his losses and get rid of it.

Is that the problem with Extra 400 in general, or is that particular a/c is bad?
Not sure if it that clear from the advert.

I think that’s a price typo.

Not sure I would buy a plane from a seller who puts a 6 digit asset on a website without checking the website afterwards

The seller may really just want to walk away and cut his losses.
