I have asked them, the owner may give 1-2k GBP discount, but the dealer is instructed definately NOT. Was kept in heated hangar. TKS woriks, all functional…but needs to be upgraded.
As a comparative point, a friend of mine has just negotiated a 2003 TB21GT, 1900TT and engine rebuilt 150hrs ago, for 150k euros (+ VAT if applicable)
It has only propeller TKS. Avionics is Sandel EHSI, 530+430, TAS610.
That’s about right.
I believe the TB20 in the opening post has been sold.

It seems like quite a bit of money was poured into paint, avionics, a scimitar prop. Interesting that the engine hasn’t had a top or full overhaul.
No money was spared but it lacks lot of love (flying)
