At this age I better stick to what I know, but it sure look nice. Cheaper than IR and much more practical. Lots of nice turbine powered, single seat hombuilts, and of course this one:

What about landing – can you guys land on private private property or do you need a special permit ?

In France you may land a helicopter out of an urban area provided that the landowner agrees, and that the neighbours, if closer than 150m don’t complain.
This comment wasn’t criticising you personally, but german aviation regulations and the impact it has on our aviation society.
