Then why don’t they phrase it like for Stockholm TMA:
Prior Notice is required for the following operations within STOCKHOLM TMA;

or even requiring PPR would be better.
Agree (as that would include VFR training as well).
Well, Copenhagen info, Kastrup Approach and Sweden Control could not have been more helpful today as I flew through their areas, negotiating onward clearances and handing one to the other – with a VFR flight plan. Thanks for the great service – if any of you ATC-ers are reading this!!

Had similar experience last week with the same controllers (but IFR). Always friendly and doing their best.
