Thanks for that. I simply departed at my IFR off block time and called Praha Info and they had my plan, gave me a squawk and then handed over.

Horrible experience this summer with Menzies aviation at Prague Ruzyne airport. terrible service and pretty pricey. I think Peter had something similar.
Also got ripped off at Poprad in Slovakia. I called and specifically said “no handling”. When I arrived, a guy came out with chocks so I said hi and then explained they were too big for the wheel spats so put my own down.
He walked us to the terminal and then when I left two days later, they would not let me go until I paid euro 100 handling fee. Unbelievable!!

why? I have Z flight plan, I am a VFR flight, I can go into E and climb in VMC /unless I am below TMA/ up to FL95 /in CZ/. So there is not formal reason for wobble at 950 ft AGL. if there is OVC 010 you need to search for the famous VFR bubble
