What’s the risk of taking a few pictures from the jumpseat (or above F100) in VMC? Certainly better than fiddling with a computer and forgetting to talk to ATC
Traditionally, Swiss(air) (and many other airlines) are mostly run by pilots, so I guess that the risk tolerance is somewhat relative.
