The NOTAM did come after all. Now whilst 17 local still is a joke as closing time in months like June, at least this now allows weekend trips to Cambridge again.
Now the only thing that happen is that all the various Corona related travel restrictions need to be lifted and there might be a change for a nice trip in late summer.

…Well, that makes opening at only 10 local time even more of a joke then. 
I think it is back to the opening hours of the last couple of years. But agree it’s only a small window.
