I’ve had a wonderful few days of hooliganism.
Sunday was a hard IFR flight out of Friedrichshafen, but the weather was great in England, so it suddenly transformed into this:
Monday @Christopher asked me to flight test his new panel, so we messed around at Lydd, meanwhile giving him some IMC training (he’s very good indeed for a beginner.)
Then Tuesday was the GAINS project, with eleven aircraft seeing how hard they could hit a poor Sywell FISO with an ADSB screen:

In among the gloom, there is still much fun to be had.
Did you tell Farnbrough LARS that you were speaking to Heathrow/Thames, they get worried when a xpdr = 7000 (or non-transponder) is not sure what he is going
They must be awfully worried because that describes 76.8% of traffic in UK Class G
