Perhaps you mean their national ATC site, like the UK NATS one. That’s always been there in some form…
Well, there you are!
EAD Basic was never intended for operational use:

EAD Basic
In addition to this, we offer our free access application for the general public, EAD Basic, which shows the services provided by the EAD by allowing consultation of a limited set of aeronautical information.
The information accessible via EAD Basic is for general purposes only. For safety and security reasons, the data shall not be used for operational purposes.
Most commercial companies have signed client agreement with the EAD so the data is available or over the commercial apps or through the ARO.
I noticed btw last week the RNP RWY04 for EBLG was not available over autorouter but it was available over the Belgian eAIP and Sky Demon had it also..dont know where the problem was its available now…could be a PAMS issue ….
The EuroGA airport database has been fixed to use the NOAA feed, as has its telegram bot @euroga-airports, and I also fixed a private site which a number of people use.
No explanation for this.
We have that EBLG chart – so far EAD is serving the AIPs OK
