I agree however shipping to the UK?
Also the concrete pad and architect drawings, planning, land rent etc make it a bit difficult to make the cost differences work.
My friend built one, 95k, plus 30 for ground works. Ten year lease and he is now out leaving the structure to the airfield operator. I could not see the sense in it.
Shipping a load of steel etc Poland → UK is just a big lorry, 1 run with an overnight stop. Very simple; everybody and their dog is doing haulage.
But you ought to visit the place first and eyeball it to make sure a) it actually exists and b) the welding is better than a 1968 Yamaha. Oh and the paint too…
