We get maybe two of these alerts per year (they send them to all their registered customers). I think that’s pretty good: two errors per year for an entire world… When I was developing software, far more bugs than that made it through quality control.

Jeppesen just have to monitor the CFIT reports and check the navdata on each incident. That’s “responding to customer feedback”.
