Restrictions on the use of "foreign" reg certified aircraft around Europe

Ah ok, thanks. I’m thinking of private only here, particularly UK, and assuming all the CofA etc remains valid.

We're glad you're here

D reg in the UK is not a problem, though you need a rep in Germany to receive post (you know old fashioned paper based) from LBA.

Any constraints will be in the country you’re basing it, I have never heard of the registered CAA complaining. I believe it is only the Nordic CAA that has taken the view that they can’t trust their EASA colleagues and not surprisingly, EASA has taken issue with their stance.

It has been discussed before you you search for it.

Been keeping g-ref in France For years no issue

EU reg has no long term parking limits in the EU.

There are some ownership requirements – example.

N-reg has in a few places. Search for Norway or Denmark. In others there is pilot harassment eg the UK SRG2140 2142. And there is the EASA FCL attack.

Uncertified, is another story. Various previous threads.
