They seem to include changes not yet into force (e.g. article 4a of the Air Crew regulation – the PBN stuff that comes into force in August 2018), contrary to EUR-Lex. That’s nice to prepare for future changes!
A few days ago EASA published an updated version of Easy Access Rules for Aircrew. The PDF edition is available here: https://www.easa.europa.eu/document-library/general-publications/easy-access-rules-aircrew-regulation-eu-no-11782011
And unlike the previous version, this PDF has a proper index.

It needs one given its rather enormous size. Brevity obviously wasn’t part of the brief?
I have been using that site successfully especially on tablets since it is so easy to navigate. However, since last winter updates have become less reliable, and by February the site announced closing down by June due to lack of ressources.
Many users have regretted the close-down. There is a poll now, asking users about their willingness to pay a subscription or other kinds of support. If you would like to indicate intent of support of the continuation, just go to the homepage and tick a couple of boxes. I have ticked off that I would like to pay a moderate yearly subscription fee and that I would not like advertising.
I usually google for something like part-ops easy access and it shows in first couple of links the online version and the pdf version:
