If you opened a bar, what would you call it?

Not sure about the bar name yet, but yesterday I came up with a recipe for a drink called Winter IFR: take a tall glass half full with water, put in a spoonful of finely crushed ice, then pour some blue absinthe or black sambuca on top. Watch the clouds with icing.
