Got a DCT two weeks ago from DKB (Dinkelbuhl VOR) till STO (Vienna) that’s 242Nm…for those who don’t believe it I have a picture of it.. 
Shame about the FL200 restriction….

To Berlin Neil. Roughly Norwich to somewhere on the arrival to EDDB.
This is not my longest direct flight, and the only reason it was not direct the entire way was my choice. The slight dog leg over the mountains keeps a freeway or airport underneath me and within gliding distance all the time.
