Partial throttle around 20inch.
I will try on full throttle but I don’t want cause any detonation…

Try with full throttle at altitude. If it leans out nicely, it is definitely induction leak

Excellent idea.

If you climb high enough to lets say 7000 or so, you will be anyway down to +/- 23" MP with throttle wide open.
It is definitely worth a try before you start throwing parts at the engine or paying your mechanic to trouble shoot.
You right. With troubleshooting cost its not a problem because I’m my mechanic.
There was no weather to check on high altitudes but I checked “bottle test” of divider and… that was a point.
I checked on other divider and no engine idle better and also reach peak “together” on all cylinders… I cant to make checkflight now due to weather but hopefully that’s end of this problem..
Cyl: 1/2/3/4
A defective divider?

Yes.
Hi. I’m still trying to find out problem with leaning on my IO-320-D1B with precission fuel servo.
It’s longer storry and I did a lot of work:
The problem is that when I fly on ROP everything is super but when I’m trying to find a peak engine immidietly starts to run rough – go to LOP is not possible.
Last time on runup I found following behavior:
Looks like strange behavior of fuel servo…. Maybe someone have any ideas except servo overhaul?
are you able to download the data from your engine monitor?
No, its simple one, not downloadable :/
