Does anybody know why one currently doesn´t get a possibility to download a database subscription?
I was down to zero cycles so went to buy a new subscription, and while I got the same message as you, when I went insode my account and clicked on “renew” it worked ok
Did renew mine a week or so also, no issues KLN90B Atlantic region 4
no idea why this doesn´t work – even with the attempt to update my account it seems that I laborious have to contact Honeywell…. :-(
Try another browser. Lots of server coders don’t test with the latest browsers, and Chrome regularly breaks stuff like banking sites.
