The returnflight went smoothly as well. Flew a bit higher due to the tailwinds, and fl095 in Germany to get above the Cu, my little girl was sleeping in the back, so I wanted to stay above the thermals. Nice weather for flying gliders today! Back home in 2.15 hrs. LFQF is a lovely airfield with friendly people.
Thanks for the encouragement, flying VFR in France is not as complicated as the map suggests.
