Like Bosco says, note the fuel opening times carefully. Don’t plan too tightly before closing time. The fuel truck is often quite busy and may have other priorities than you..

However, if you could make it non-stop from Corsica to LEAX, then I would really consider a short hop to LFKF oder LFKJ rather than a stop at LESB…
LECN, Castellon, is maybe better for you? No AENA hassle, quick turn around if you want to. Eye watering 3 euro landing fee though.

LECN rwy is a bit short for me, I think. When i take full fuel, it could be a problem. LERE might be better choice like LECN for heavy P210…
LERE should indeed be fine and is also a very efficient field. Usually quite some school flying going on, be sure to report your position very regularly.
