I paid ~10 euros about a year ago (or at least that’s what it was quoted, not sure I paid then or if I’m still waiting for the invoice), didn’t ask anyone for any sort of handling. I did just stop for Fuel & Passport check on way back to the UK, though.
Enquired about just that 2 months ago for a flight to the UK. The form they sent us mentionned a mandatory crew transfer fee of 103 EUR for each departure and arrival. Ended up going elsewhere as a result.
FYI, a Beauvais FIS is created north of Paris permanently from Feb 25 :
It is contiguous to Lille FIS to the north. Rumours say another FIS sector could be created all around Paris from Le Bourget ATC.
