Some nice pictures there Peter. The ultimate luxury in GA is a single use hangar.
Back home now.
My most sincere thanks to all the super Greek friends who made all this possible, as well as supplying regular Ouzo refills
With all those islands, bays and beaches, don’t one just dream of splashing down in your own seaplane, Bond-style and just taxiing up? Problem is most seaplanes will need a very good rinse after each salt water encounter. Unless it’s a composite, of course. Like the Gweduck they keep saying is almost finished as a kit. If it ever comes out, I’ll seriously consider it. And take it to Greece!
Let’s hope the next time you come there is no turbulence and we can tour the inside of the island, too.
