Not likely. These things take time in Switzerland.
The federal civil aviation office (FOCA) now has a task to prepare a plan for operation of the airfield, called a SIL (Sachplans Infrastruktur Luftfahrt) for presentation to the federal ministers (Bundesrat) by March 2019. This will involve consultation with essentially everyone who could conceivably have an interest in such a plan, but primarily all the various levels of government down to the civic level and including the future operator (a company in which AOPA Switzerland is a shareholder). And in true Swiss tradition, this will involve time, negotiation, and compromise.

I am going to send out some leaflets.
It needs to be airports which have a literature stand/rack. Not aeroclubs because I did 70 of those recently (the postage wasn’t cheap) and got absolutely zero results
I reckon places like Zell am See will be good for this.

Except Hildesheim none of these are in Northern Germany which doesn’t seem right to me. Unfortunately I have yet to see objective statistics about GA movements in Germany and thus don’t have any fact-based advice on which other airfields should qualify.
