As PIC, FL130 in the TB10 – the service ceiling. I was on my own that day and pretty light – it would have gone higher but my appetite for climbing at such a slow rate was limited.
I have been up to perhaps FL190 (I did not note exactly) with someone else as PIC in a more capable aeroplane.
FL100.
Last summer this meant 13,000 ft DA, does that count?
FL180 in M20J as PIC (I did not take a picture on top of climb, as I level up after it was too dark, the donkey was really tired)
FL180 in T37 as PIC
FL250 with a friend doing PIC while me as pax, bonus point I have pulled off mask at FL220 for few minutes to experience a bit
Am guessing FL600 on Concorde is cheating :)
@RobertL18C I believe one has to have been at the controls for it to count…. if so then rather impressive…
Not PF or PM! but one of the NY-London record holders is a local pilot :)

You still get to taste the ultimate mix: champagne & caviar & mach 2 with galactic/solar radiation ;)
I only ever made it to FL550 on my Concorde flight… one of the last ones, 2003.
FL110 for me. No O2, so I wasn’t going any higher!
In the world of normally aspirated Lycosaurii, FL160.
