EASA survey on ADS-B and collision avoidance in VFR aircraft

Done.

Not that I don’t welcome any effort to increase safety but this survey appears a bit amateuristic to me:

• A large part of the requested data is available through each memberstate’s aircraft register
• Nothing about this survey can be found on the EASA website, so no source data available
• Using an Excel-sheet that needs to be emailed is quite user unfriendly. Using Google Forms is quicker and easier
• Stating 2 different deadlines is a bit odd.

Works OK for me.

That site gives me an error “Advanced blocking in effect” (looks like some kind of rate limiting scheme).
