WN, I don’t think that counts as it was a high altitude direct.
Yes, I know…. We probably wouldn’t have got it if staying below FL200. But then, who knows – the direct routing went along the whole north-south extension of Sweden and apart from the traffic in and out of Stockholm, which was approximately 50NM east of us, there was no other traffic at all. Only our colleagues who flew the same route 5 minutes ahead of us.
266 NM inbound ALS in Denmark at FL190
345 nm from DEMAG to KUDIP returning from Astypalea at the beginning of September. As soon as we entered the Malta FIR at FL180 we were cleared direct to KUDIP which is the outer marker for rw 31!
Chris Parker I’ll trump you with PLH – GODAK which I think is about 450nm.
Today wasn’t bad
Not Europe, but I had a DCT clearance of 484nm from CYYR (Goose Bay) to the YRI VOR (near Quebec) at FL 100. It came with the caution that we would be out of radio range for the next 3 hours (no airports).

Evidence!
Coming back from Menorca fly-in. It may not be FL200, but at least continental Europe..
I once flew EGLD to EICA direct with the only course deviation being to skirt around Galway.
Above the FL200 but not a bad one !
