Rent in Lelystad?

There's a large aerospace museum located at the airport (Aviodrome), which is worth visiting. Also, I can recommend the restaurant at the airport, Flantuas, which serves locally grown food.

I remember Lelystad for the

• very good restaurant, and

• most expensive avgas this side of Turkey

Just looked it up; current AVGAS price at EHLE is € 3,11 per liter. That's really ridiculous. Sometimes I see the DC-3 filling up at that AVGAS pump. Will be like 10K EUR for a refill :-)
