I wonder if the owner of I-ITAR gets the (possibly unintentional?) humor in that registration

That’s a weird one. There is this narrow linear shadow on the ground.

The shadow of a contrail?

Great mountain photos

Flying HDG130 juste passing right of Orleans St-Denis? (I am guessing from white line left the Loire river & LFP24 ahead of you)

No, track was close to 270, but the picture is from the left window, not the front windshield :)

I got the heading wrong then, some flights are unforgettable, I remember that view from PPL solo nav in 2011 (Etampes to Tours via Orleans, FI advice: just follow the river and don’t get too close )

Dramatic sky over London (from open cockpit)

Not GA, but sometimes, CAT flights can offer great views as well (despite the crappy windows)..

This was on a flight from Frankfurt to Bergamo yesterday evening…

The Odenwald, south of Darmstadt, passing through about 10k feet… The visibility was like 100km…

The city of Heidelberg, on the river Neckar, climbing through about 25k feet

The Swiss Alps, west of the Gotthard Pass, from 31k feet…
