There is actually no flying club in tallinn. There was/is an organization called “Tallinn airclub”,but they have long since moved to Rapla airfield and running An-2s for parachute jumping. The best match would be Pilots Estonia – http://www.pilots.ee/english/ . Most of the planes on Y5 apron are privately owned + 2-3 ATO planes.
I have never understood who gets charged the business aviaton fee of 150EUR .. All foreign visitors seem to get charged. Locals pay about 8EUR for landing + 25 for transfer jeep. When I first went to tallinn with my OY registered Piper I was charged according to “local” rules. I think they decide it based on operator- if its a local person or company, then they don’t care about the plane registration..
It seems that there is no fuel at Kivirkes and Darius ,i checked the website and it seems not be updated since 2019 and i send a mail,without answer.Is it sure it is still open ?
