That is because there is the Green Zone which allows entry; whereas North-East France is in the Red Zone where entry is forbidden except under very restrictive regulations.
But, as has been mentioned above, the U.K. has done another U turn and anyone arriving back into the U.K. from France will be obliged to do two weeks quarantine.
Recreational general aviation is currently still not allowed in Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales.
Really? Which of the Scottish regulations prohibits people who live in England from flying (or any other recreational activity) in Scotland?

No doubt this is replicated all over Europe, with varying degrees of legal validity.
That would be one airfield I would leave ASAP if based there.
