My understanding is two cumulative conditions:
Meaning if you arrive at 0930 UTC on Saturday, you have to PPR before 0930 on Friday (unless Friday is a legal holiday). If you arrive 1500UTC on Saturday or 0930 on Sunday, you must PPR by Friday 1400. If the NOTAM doesn’t straddle the summer time change boundary, I’d assume it means 1400 UTC; if it does, then I’d assume it actually means 1500LT, that is 1300 UTC in summer.

I could make some calls, but for now weather worries me more (front coming from the west). Maybe not a great day for a fly-in after all. I will try to go somewhere but it will not be a long stop I guess.
Yes; 1st May looks a bit “tight” except perhaps a quickie to LFAT
I am quite interested in popping down to La Rochelle. Justine would fly down with me, but for her it would have to be June.
Maybe we should plan that “properly” because frankly most people have a mega busy social diary and can’t do short-notice trips. Hence the ad hoc group here is quite small; basically people who can get a day off almost anytime.
